Aged brass brings a warm, golden patina that pairs harmoniously with the soft, rich tones of Saddle Tan leather. Matching stitching provides subtle detailing, enhancing the understated elegance of this combination. The smooth grain of the vegetable-tanned leather offers a refined texture, while both materials develop unique character over time. Technical Information (Leather):
Tested according to AS/NZS 3837-1998 for heat release, smoke production, and mass loss rates:
- Fire Safety Classification: Product Group Number 1 (NCC of Australia)
- Mean Heat Release Rate: 39.0–40.3 kW/m²

- Mass Loss Rate: 6.1 g/m²·s
- Effective Heat of Combustion: 6.4 MJ/kg
Care Guidelines:
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause the leather to fade and the brass to darken faster.
- General Cleaning: Wipe the brass with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may strip the patina.
- Leather Cleaning: Gently wipe the leather with a damp microfibre cloth. Avoid soaking the leather.
- Leather Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
- Stitching Care: Ensure stitching is cleaned gently with a damp cloth to avoid wear.
- Humidity Control: Maintain stable humidity levels to avoid cracking of the leather and prevent corrosion of the brass.
